“We re-key thousands of vendor invoices a month.”
A pipeline reads each invoice, matches it to the PO and receipt, and queues only the exceptions.
the problem is the purpose.
Vigoris Labs helps established companies take the hard, expensive problems in their operations and solve them with AI: properly built, measured, and with people in control.
Where the cost hides

See it work
This is the kind of workflow we build: an agent works through a batch of vendor invoices, matches each one against its purchase order and receiving record, and routes the exceptions to a person with its reasoning attached. Nothing is approved without a human.
Illustrative demo. Vendors, numbers and system names are invented.
Invented vendors and figures, for illustration only.

From the shop floor to the back office to the boardroom. Based in Midland, Texas.
How we work
We learn how the work is done today, what it costs, and what ‘fixed’ looks like in your own numbers.
Fixed-scope phases, each delivering something working in production, not a slide deck.
Approval gates, logs and clear ownership. You own what we build.

Bespoke AI Software
We build software around your company's real processes, with AI doing the reading, matching, checking and drafting your teams now do by hand.
Problems it solves

How an engagement works
Map the process, data and systems, and agree on what ‘fixed’ means in measurable terms.
Fixed-scope phases with working software early, so feedback is cheap.
You own the code. We document, train, and optionally maintain it.
Example problems
Illustrations of problem types, not client stories.
“We re-key thousands of vendor invoices a month.”
A pipeline reads each invoice, matches it to the PO and receipt, and queues only the exceptions.
“Our job costing and our books never agree.”
A nightly reconciliation lists every gap with the source documents attached.
“Contract intake is a bottleneck for legal.”
Incoming contracts are checked against policy and routed with the issues highlighted.
“Ops reporting takes a week to assemble.”
Reports build themselves from source systems, ready for review on Monday morning.

Questions & answers
Straight answers to what leadership teams usually ask first. Anything else, bring it to the strategy session.
Book a free strategy sessionDiscovery, design, the build itself, integration with your existing systems, testing on your real data, documentation, training for your team, and a period of fixes after launch.
An assessment typically takes weeks, not months. A first production phase is usually measured in weeks to a few months depending on scope and integrations.
We start with a paid assessment so the work is scoped against real data, not guesses. Builds are then quoted as fixed-scope phases, so you know the cost of each phase before it starts. After launch, an optional retainer covers monitoring, model and API changes, and ongoing improvements. We share figures once we understand the scope.
Often you should, and we'll say so. Bespoke makes sense when your process is a genuine advantage, when off-the-shelf tools force costly workarounds, or when the job spans systems no single product connects.
You do. The code, data and documentation are yours, and we hand everything over so your team or another vendor can maintain it.
We design around your requirements: your cloud, a private server, or approved vendors. Access is limited to what the system needs, and we document where every piece of data flows.
We don't promise numbers up front. In the assessment we measure a baseline in your own terms, such as hours, error rates or cycle time, agree on the target metric together, and report against it.

AI Agents & Agentic Systems
Agents that carry defined workflows from start to finish across your systems, gathering, checking, drafting and routing, with a person approving anything that matters.
Problems it solves

How an engagement works
Frequent, well-defined and costly to do by hand, with a clear measure of success.
The agent drafts, a person approves, and we measure accuracy on real work.
More autonomy only where it's proven, with monitoring and guardrails in place.
Example problems
Illustrations of problem types, not client stories.
“Every carrier invoice needs checking against shipments.”
An agent reconciles each one and flags overcharges with the evidence attached.
“Month-end close takes the team a full week.”
Agents prepare reconciliations and variance notes for review instead of from scratch.
“Inbound requests are sorted by hand.”
An agent classifies, routes and drafts first responses across departments.
“Account reviews need hours of prep.”
An agent assembles history, open items and documents into one brief.

Questions & answers
Straight answers to what leadership teams usually ask first. Anything else, bring it to the strategy session.
Book a free strategy sessionSoftware that carries out a defined, multi-step task: reading inputs, looking things up across systems, making a draft decision, and handing it to a person or the next step. It works within limits you set.
We design for it. Agents run with approval gates on anything that sends, spends or changes records, confidence thresholds that route uncertain cases to people, and full logs so any decision can be traced and corrected.
As much as you want, and more at the start. New agents begin with a person approving every action. Autonomy is widened only where accuracy has been proven on your real work.
Agents connect to the tools you already run (ERP, CRM, document stores, email, ticketing) through their APIs or approved connectors. Integration is scoped in the assessment.
A single, well-defined workflow typically reaches supervised production in weeks. Multi-agent systems are delivered in phases.
Generic tools are built for everyone. Our agents are built around your process, data, permissions and approval rules, and they're monitored and maintained after launch.

AI Integration Consulting for Business
An independent, senior view of where AI genuinely helps your company, where it doesn't, how to govern it, and what to do first. Then, if you want, help doing it.
Problems it solves

How an engagement works
Interviews across teams and a look at real workflows, systems and data.
A short, ranked roadmap with effort, risk and expected value for each item.
We help deliver the first win, so the plan doesn't sit in a folder.
Example problems
Illustrations of problem types, not client stories.
“Is our data safe in the tools people already use?”
A review of what's in use, and clear rules for what can go where.
“Should we buy this platform or build our own?”
An independent view weighed against budget, risk and how you work.
“We need an AI leader but can't hire one yet.”
Fractional leadership that owns the roadmap until you're ready.
“We tried AI and it didn't stick.”
Find out why, then restart with one problem small enough to win.

Questions & answers
Straight answers to what leadership teams usually ask first. Anything else, bring it to the strategy session.
Book a free strategy sessionA review of current workflows, tools and data; a ranked list of opportunities with effort, risk and expected value; an AI acceptable-use policy; vendor and build-versus-buy guidance; and a roadmap leadership can hold us to.
Typically weeks, not months, depending on how many teams and systems are in scope.
The assessment is a fixed, paid engagement. For companies that want ongoing senior leadership, we offer a fractional AI executive arrangement on a monthly basis. Any build work is quoted separately as fixed-scope phases. We share figures once we understand the scope.
A part-time AI lead who owns the roadmap, vendor and build decisions, governance and risk, and reports to leadership, without the cost and search time of a full-time hire. It can also hold the seat until you hire.
We write a practical policy covering which tools are approved, what data can go where, and who signs off, and we set up the light-touch reviews needed to keep it current.
Yes, closely. IT owns security, access and infrastructure; we work within your standards and make sure they're comfortable with every system before it goes live.
A clear, prioritised plan and one early win delivered. We agree up front on the measures that matter, and report against them, rather than promising numbers.

About Vigoris Labs
Vigoris Labs grew out of real operational problems, and the discovery that AI, applied carefully, could finally fix them.
Our story
Before Vigoris Labs, there was a working business with the problems every operator knows: paperwork that never ended, records that didn't line up, and hours lost to work nobody should do by hand.
Christopher Taylor is closely involved in running an established automotive service business. Some of its problems had no good off-the-shelf answer. The software available didn't fit, or didn't talk to the rest of the business.
So we turned to AI, not as a buzzword, but as a way to fix those specific problems. We built tools around the business's paperwork and operations, tested them on real work, and kept only what helped.

The problem is the purpose. If it doesn't solve a real problem, we don't build it.Christopher Taylor, founder

What we took from it
The lessons were simple: start with the problem, measure it, build the smallest thing that fixes it, and keep people in charge. Those are the principles we now bring to established companies, whose problems are larger and more connected but no different in kind.
“I started Vigoris Labs on one idea: problems have a purpose, and that purpose is a chance for each of us to become better. I’ve been building with AI for five years, and it lets a business build on the greatness it has already earned through years of strife and success.”

Questions & answers
Straight answers to what leadership teams usually ask first. Anything else, bring it to the strategy session.
Book a free strategy sessionA focused conversation about one real problem in your operations: what it costs, whether AI is a good fit, and the most sensible first step. You'll leave with a clearer view either way.
Leaders of established companies (operations, finance, legal, IT or the executive team) with a specific problem in mind or a mandate to figure out AI.
60 minutes, by video call or in person in Midland, Texas.
The person who owns the problem, and ideally someone who knows the systems involved. One or two people is plenty.
Bring one problem, a rough sense of how often it occurs and what it costs in time or money, and the systems it touches. No documents are needed.
None. There is no pitch. If AI isn't the right answer, we'll say so.
Yes. Everything you share is confidential by default, and we'll sign an NDA on request.
You receive a one-page written summary of the problem, the options and the recommended first step. If there's a fit and you want to proceed, the usual next step is a paid assessment.

Questions & answers
Straight answers to what leadership teams usually ask first. Anything else, bring it to the strategy session.
Book a free strategy sessionWith one high-volume, rules-heavy process (invoice matching, document intake, reconciliation or reporting) where the cost is easy to measure and a person can review the output.
You're ready if you can name a recurring problem, the data behind it exists in a system, and someone owns the outcome. Perfect data isn't required; an assessment will show the gaps.
It should be designed in from the start: approved vendors or private deployment, least-privilege access, and documentation of where data flows. We work within your IT and security standards.
AI makes mistakes, so systems should expect them. We use approval gates, confidence thresholds and logs, and measure accuracy on your real work before widening anything.
In our approach, AI takes the repetitive checking, keying and assembling, so skilled people spend their time on judgement and exceptions. People remain in control of decisions.
It depends on scope. We start with a paid assessment, then quote builds as fixed-scope phases so costs are known before work begins. The strategy session is free.
We design to avoid it: you own the code and data, models can be swapped as the market changes, and everything is documented for your team.
Assess the problem, prioritise what's worth doing, build in phases, and keep a person in control throughout. Each phase delivers something working, and is measured against what we agreed.

The Small Business hub connects to QuickBooks only after you approve it on Intuit's own sign-in screen. Your QuickBooks access tokens are encrypted and stored on our servers only, never in your browser. To disconnect, use the disconnect option in the hub's settings, or remove Vigoris from your Intuit account's connected apps. Either one ends our access. You can also ask us at chris@vigorislabs.com to delete the QuickBooks data we hold.
We keep data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you leave, you can export your data, and we delete it within 90 days after your account closes, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule. Clients may set shorter retention for call data.
We use encryption in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive tokens, access controls that keep each client's data separate, and reputable hosting providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute security.
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information by emailing chris@vigorislabs.com. Callers and end customers of our clients should contact that business first; we will help the business respond.
When you connect QuickBooks Online to the Small Business hub, we request only the Accounting and Payments permissions. We access customer names and contact details, invoices, items and services, and payment status, so the hub can create and send invoices for you and show you which ones are paid. We don't access your bank login, and we don't use QuickBooks data for advertising or sell it. When you disconnect QuickBooks, we stop accessing it right away, delete the stored access tokens, and delete the QuickBooks data we copied within 90 days, or sooner if you ask.
